Sumzine

(Sumzine, issues one through three.)

I first heard about Sumzine, the slow-fashion magazine, on Leah’s blog and was instantly intrigued. I donated to their Kickstarter campaign for the third issue and received the first three Sumzine copies recently. I’ve been perusing them slowly and I really enjoy the articles and the photography.

Sumzine is a welcome departure from traditional fashion magazines and it’s inspiring to read pieces written by members of the fashion industry who share the same interests and concerns that I have. We’re all trying to shop more consciously and use what we have, and Sumzine reaffirms this commitment in such an artistic way. If you’re interested, you can purchase the issues from Sumzine’s site.
