I’m back from my beach vacation and it was a really lovely week! I’ll tell you more about it in a different post, but it feels great to get back to my regular blogging schedule.\u00a0 The subject of this week’s Style USA profile is Modavanti<\/a>, an online retailer that focuses on sustainable style in all forms.\u00a0 You can actually shop by different categories including Fair Trade<\/em>, Handmade<\/em>, and Made in America<\/em>, and I’ve chosen two American-made dresses to share with you.<\/p>\n

The Ships at Midnight Shoreline Dress by Feral Childe<\/a> is a gorgeous dress with a whimsical nautical pattern. The fabric is recycled cotton waste and the piece was made in New York City.\u00a0 I love everything about this dress and now I’m curious to see more from Feral Childe’s line.<\/p>\n

The Darted Shell Dress by Archerie<\/a> is perfect for summer and also has a nautical feel with a pretty triangular pattern.\u00a0 Archerie’s pieces are also made in New York City and are 100% cotton, which is perfect for this time of year.<\/p>\n
