The space above my desk was in need of a seasonal update, so Saturday morning I took down the old pictures<\/a> and put up my stack of new ideas.\u00a0 When I look at magazines and catalogs, I usually mark the photos I love and save them.\u00a0 Then, when I get around to it, I’ll hang them above my computer for inspiration.\u00a0 It’s nice having something pretty to look at while I work, and if I get stuck on an idea while writing, I can let my eyes wonder while my brain refocuses.\u00a0 Most of these images came from the September <\/a>Vogue<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>and the many winter catalogs that are filling my mailbox these days.\u00a0 I love getting catalogs in the mail, don’t you?<\/p>\n

I think fall is a great time to tackle new projects and find inspiring ideas.\u00a0 I’m taking another blogging class<\/a> this month, and I’m hoping to learn a bit about photography and photo styling.\u00a0 It should be fun and challenging, and I always love meeting new bloggers and making new friends.\u00a0 I also signed up for a blogger pen pal program<\/a> that sounds like so much fun.<\/p>\n
